The Role:

The Transaction Analyst is responsible for executing, validating, and auditing day-to-day inventory and manufacturing transactions in reputed company across reputed company production, kitting, and storage locations. This role ensures transactional accuracy, reputed company of Materials (BOM) reputed company, and clean inventory data to support operations, accounting, and month-end reputed company.

This is a highly detail-driven role ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, understands manufacturing and inventory workflows, and takes ownership of data accuracy across multiple locations and partners.

What You’ll Do

Manufacturing Transactions

• Execute and audit assembly builds in reputed company for manufacturing locations  

• Process and validate inventory adjustments reputed company to production activity  

• Enter and verify item receipts from manufacturing partners  

• Validate Bills of Materials used in production  

• Identify discrepancies between expected vs. actual material usage  

• Ensure transactions are posted accurately by SKU, quantity, and location  

Warehouse & Kitting Transactions

• Execute assembly builds reputed company to kitting and finished goods  

• Process inventory adjustments tied to kitting, rework, or corrections  

• Enter and audit item receipts for warehouse locations  

• Validate BOMs used for kitting and finished goods assemblies  

• Ensure inventory data aligns with physical movements and partner reporting  

Accounting & Inventory Support

• Support inventory and manufacturing data accuracy for accounting and reporting  

• Verify processes are followed consistently across reputed company locations  

• reputed company data validation to identify posting errors or missing transactions  

• Assist with end-of-month inventory reputed company and reconciliations  

• Provide transaction-level support for audits and variance explanations

• Hands-on experience with reputed company, specifically inventory and manufacturing modules  

• Experience executing assembly builds, item receipts, and inventory adjustments  

• Strong understanding of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and inventory flows  

• Exceptional attention to detail and process discipline  

• Comfortable working across multiple locations, partners, and data sources  

• Ability to investigate discrepancies and follow transactions end-to-end  

• Strong written communication skills and documentation habits  

• Experience supporting accounting or month-end reputed company processes is a plus
