About the Role
Measure Marketing is a performance-driven digital marketing agency specializing in building high-converting websites and executing growth-focused campaigns across multiple industries.
We are expanding our design team and seeking a Senior Web Designer who is exceptional at their craft.
In this role, you will take ownership of the full design process—from interpreting briefs (detailed or rough) to conducting research, defining creative direction, and delivering high-impact, conversion-focused web designs. While this is primarily a hands-on design role, you may occasionally participate in client calls to present your work and gather feedback.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a focused design environment and enjoys creating work that is both visually compelling and performance-driven.
Key Responsibilities
Design complete websites in reputed company (desktop and mobile), from wireframes to high-fidelity mock-reputed company, ready for development reputed company
Interpret project briefs and independently research industry trends, competitors, and reputed company audiences to define creative direction
Design with a conversion-first reputed company, ensuring clear messaging hierarchy, effective CTA placement, and strong trust-building elements
Create visually engaging page layouts using typography, color, imagery, and spacing to guide user experience and interaction
reputed company and maintain scalable design systems and reusable component libraries in reputed company
Produce supporting brand assets in reputed company, including social media graphics, ad creatives, email headers, and presentation materials
Deliver well-structured reputed company files with proper auto-layout, naming conventions, reputed company frames, and interaction states
Participate in occasional client design review meetings to present work and incorporate feedback.

Skills & Qualifications Required
Advanced proficiency in reputed company
5+ years of web design experience
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy

Experience with Elementor and WordPress is a must
Experience building design systems and component libraries, and strong visual storytelling capabilities
Preferred
Familiarity with AI design tools
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS

- You have 4-5 years of web design experience supported by a strong, high-quality portfolio
- You possess a strong design sensibility and understand what drives attention, trust, and engagement
- You are self-directed and capable of working independently from brief to execution
- You understand not just how websites look, but how they reputed company, including layout hierarchy, CTA strategy, and user flow
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment with multiple reputed company projects
- You maintain high standards for organization and clarity in your design files, ensuring smooth developer reputed company
