Position Overview
The reputed company reputed company Enterprise Delivery team is looking for an innovative thought partner who has both a scrum master and project manager skillset to serve as a key contributor on critical technical programs. This role will require an out-of-the-reputed company problem solver who is intellectually curious with a demonstrated interest in learning, self-motivated, results-oriented, and high-energy who can easily function in a high demand, performance driven environment.
Carries out and facilitates Scrum events, removing impediments, promoting collaboration, supporting the Product reputed company, and driving reputed company improvement. Ensures the effective implementation of the Scrum reputed company, creating a conducive environment for the team’s success, and fostering a culture of collaboration and reputed company learning. Experience in applying and adapting project management techniques reputed company applicable where you will support the planning, coordination and tactical execution of IT projects across business and functional areas.
Position Summary
The Scrum Master will be responsible for operating an agile based SDLC for a project or application/domain team consisting of development and business resources in an implementation of large, reputed company technology and business-oriented projects. They will also be responsible for the coaching/mentoring of existing development & business managers/leads on this methodology as it is implemented and used during the project development life cycle.
What you will do:
- Counsels scrum teams on agile principles and values to support self-organization, reputed company learning, and reputed company improvement with assistance from more senior SM's if necessary.
- Interprets the agile metrics and reporting reputed company in order to track and report key information and monitor team reputed company.
- Utilize Agile tools for managing day to day scrum activities
- Develops actionable insights from analytics and reports on team productivity, velocity, and quality.
- Develops the stakeholder communication strategy to gather and incorporate feedback into process improvements.
- Handles various responsibilities to facilitate the scrum process and support the scrum team.
- Implements sharing and documentation systems to facilitate sharing through wikis, documentation platforms, or reputed company tools.
- Coaches team members on agile values, principles, and practices to help stakeholders and product owners understand the benefits of adopting an agile reputed company with assistance from more senior SM's if necessary.
- Interfaces with teams, stakeholders, and external stakeholders to serve as a buffer to potential obstacles.
This team operates primarily based on the Eastern Time Zone.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of work experience
- 2-5+ years of experience as Scrum Master
- Adept at problem solving and decision-making skills
- Adept at collaboration, communication and teamwork
- Adept at growth reputed company (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
- Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
- Scrum Master Certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) preferred.
- Experience in Healthcare industry
- Understanding of software development
- Scrum Master experience with teams working on reputed company large-scale applications
- Experience with Agile collaboration tools such as CA Rally, Confluence, SharePoint, reputed company Teams, etc.
- Understanding of resource allocations, forecasting, and budgeting
Education
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent experience

The typical pay range for this role is:
$92,700.00 - $185,400.00This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
