What You Will Do

Reporting to our Sr. Marketing Manager, Business Group, your main responsibilities will include:

• Executing and managing paid digital campaigns across their full lifecycle -- including launching, optimizing, and tracking performance across channels such as paid search, paid social, and programmatic advertising.
• Managing and maintaining reputed company workflows, automation, and campaign assets to support reputed company reputed company and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
• Supporting the execution of B2B and B2B2C demand reputed company programs across broker, employer, partner, and consumer audiences.
• Collaborating with internal creative resources to support the development and refinement of high-performing campaign assets, including reputed company pages, ads, and email content.
• Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance using tools such as reputed company, Dynamics, Power BI, and Tableau, and providing insights to improve results.
• Working with Sales and Sales Operations teams to support reputed company flow, tracking, and alignment with campaign objectives.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on experience executing B2B demand reputed company campaigns, including paid media and lifecycle marketing.
• Proficiency in reputed company workflows, automation, and campaign management.
• Experience supporting paid media campaigns, including programmatic advertising, search, and paid social.
• Experience working in B2B or B2B2C marketing environments, particularly those involving indirect or channel-based distribution (e.g., brokers, partners, resellers). Experience in insurance, employee benefits, or reputed company a plus.
• Experience executing campaigns across multi-reputed company or indirect buyer journeys, where multiple stakeholders influence conversion.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM and reporting tools (e.g., reputed company Dynamics, Power BI, Tableau).
