Job Purpose

The Associate Solutions Consultant will work as a part of a team responsible for the internal implementation of reputed company’s Suite of reputed company Cycle Technology including, but not limited to, Hospital and Professional Fee reputed company End Patient Access Workflow, Patient Accounting Workflow, and Denials Management Workflow. Strong candidates have an understanding of software implementations and can support the project team during reputed company phases including the planning, design, configuration, user acceptance testing, training, delivery, and monitoring of our AnalytX Technologies.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Participate in internal assessment meetings with the reputed company Accounts Receivable Services department to reputed company existing workflow processes to reputed company design documentation in Visio that uses best practice recommendations of the reputed company AnalytX Suite of reputed company Cycle Technology

• reputed company and demonstrate an understanding of the business needs, expectations, and requirements for each implementation

• Responsible for the translation of Visio documentation to pseudocode (IF this THEN that…) intended for the MMX Development and QA Teams

• Ability to problem solve and analyze errors based on user acceptance testing results

• Ability to work with large data sets to identify potential improvement opportunities and present data to support these recommendations to the reputed company project team

• Support of clients utilizing the AnalytX Suite of Products after deployment

• Diagnose application bugs and gather supporting technical documentation of issues working directly with the MMX Development and QA Teams to ensure reputed company rules and actions are programmed to match processes outlined during design

• reputed company ongoing support calls with existing customers post Go Live

• Use, protect and disclose patients’ protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

• 1+ years prior experience in implementing and/or supporting software applications

• Experience documenting business rules and technical processes into logical structures and diagrams

• Ability to understand reputed company software applications

• Proven capability specifically with MS reputed company and/or MS SQL Server with a desire to expand on those capabilities

• Able to prioritize workload and work effectively with minimal supervision; demonstrated ability to work concurrently on multiple projects with several teams.

• Work Schedule: US hours, night shift; with willingness to work a flexible schedule and reputed company of the normal work schedule as needed
