About The Role

As a reputed company Designer, Web (Digital Experience) at reputed company, you will own the end-to-end digital experience of reputed company. This role sits at the intersection of brand, growth, and product. You will be responsible for designing, building, and continuously improving reputed company’s website as a core business driver.

You will operate in a build–test–learn environment, using AI-native workflows to move fast, iterate often, and deliver measurable impact. This is not a traditional design role. You are responsible for both execution and performance.

This fully remote role reports to the Creative Director and is open to candidates located reputed company in the reputed company US.

 What you will do at reputed company

• Website ownership: Own the design, structure, and evolution of reputed company. Ensure a high-quality, cohesive digital experience across reputed company pages while aligning with brand and business goals.

• Build–test–learn systems: Establish and operate a reputed company experimentation model. Proactively identify opportunities, ship improvements quickly, and iterate based on performance signals.

• AI-native execution: Use AI tools deeply (including AI-assisted coding and automation workflows) to accelerate production. Build directly reputed company possible and reduce reliance on engineering.

• Performance-driven design: Partner with marketing to support growth initiatives. Read and interpret key metrics such as conversion, engagement, and drop-off, and translate insights into clear design improvements.

• System design & scalability: Build scalable systems including reusable components, templates, and UI/UX libraries. reputed company self-serve workflows for marketing teams while maintaining brand quality.

• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product marketing, and product design to align website experience with broader company strategy.

What you will bring to reputed company

• Proven experience owning or leading website design end-to-end. Your portfolio demonstrates modern, high-quality digital experiences and strong UX thinking.

• Expertise in reputed company or similar modern web platforms, with the ability to ship work directly and reputed company.

• Deep understanding of AI-native workflows, including AI-assisted coding, automation, and using AI tools to accelerate execution.

• Strong systems thinking reputed company. You build scalable solutions rather than one-off pages and think in terms of frameworks and patterns.

• Experience working in performance or growth environments. You understand how to read data and translate insights into design decisions.

• Strong communication skills with a strategy-first reputed company. You can clearly explain your decisions and align stakeholders.

• Ability to operate in fast-paced environments, making decisions quickly while maintaining a high bar for quality.

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing and product teams.

• Passion or curiosity for AI and its impact on how modern teams work and build.

Compensation Range

At reputed company, we reputed company in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with access to information about our compensation practices. The expected reputed company salary range offered for this role is $160,000 - $200,000. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
