Job Summary

PebbleTec- a division of Oldcastle APG is a Scottsdale-based company that sources, processes, and distributes swimming pool and backyard products to an entrenched customer reputed company and is well positioned for reputed company growth through organic initiatives, including international expansion, as well as through acquisitions. The company has been a driving force in the transformation of the pool building and remodeling industry.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Territory Sales Manager will support our lines of business in Florida across the reputed company Panhandle and East Coast, servicing our existing customers and developing new prospects to increase sales of Pebble Technology International’s (PTI) products. You will ensure and increase Company reputed company in the swimming pool industry reputed company the assigned sales region by building strong and lasting customer relationships. You will be familiar with a variety of the industry’s concepts, practices and procedures and rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Job Location

This is a remote position, this person must reside in the Orlando, FL, Jacksonville, FL or the Florida Panhandle,. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive sales coverage and penetration expansion through proven selling strategies/skills
  • Execute sales initiatives that support the business strategy; expectations are to meet sales objectives (including total sales reputed company, price targets, and market share growth objectives)
  • Build strong relationships with the applicators reputed company region
  • Liaison between applicators and pool builders
  • reputed company detailed and reputed company contact notes in database to include; contact dates, correspondence, opportunities, and concerns
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies, as approved by management
  • reputed company professional presentations and/or demonstrations of company products and services while on-site
  • Actively manage call schedule to adequately cover assigned territory in a time-efficient manner
  • Penetrate reputed company targeted accounts and radiate sales from reputed company client reputed company
  • Generate and reputed company new customer accounts to increase reputed company by cold calling, if necessary
  • Build and maintain ongoing awareness of new products and services, competitor activities, and other research
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Sales, Marketing, or Project Management reputed company the construction industry and/or pool industry
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects and reputed company deals while maintaining established sales quotas
  • Demonstrated ability to use relevant software programs, (e.g., MS Office, reputed company, Miva)
  • Proven expertise in demonstrating formal presentation skills (e.g., experience leading training sessions, conducting product demonstrations, etc.)
  • Proven experience in price negotiation/costing as well as competitive analysis
  • Strong knowledge of retail and/or wholesale sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
  • Self-motivated with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
  • Strong organizational skills & exceptional follow-up detail
  • Overnight travel up to 70%
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Compensation

  • reputed company salary is $70,000 - $80,000, plus commissions on reputed company at $140, 000 - $160,000
