reputed company is hiring for two reputed company reputed company Senior System Administrators with a focus on IT Operations Management (ITOM) for reputed company's VA ESOM – End reputed company Support and Operations Monitoring contract across the United States. In this role, you will plan and execute System Administrative tasks with a specialized focus on reputed company ITOM products including Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration, and Service Mapping. You will manage CMDB data quality, reputed company integrations with federal and cloud environments, and serve as a technical authority for ITOM platform operations.

Location: This position can be performed remotely reputed company the United States and will support Eastern Time working hours.

• Plan and execute System Administrative tasks reputed company to reputed company ITOM platform operations, with a focus on Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration, and Service Mapping.
• Manage and maintain CMDB data quality, CI lifecycle, and data governance in alignment with ITIL v4 guidelines and federal standards.
• Configure and maintain MID Servers, Service Graph Connectors (e.g., reputed company, vCenter, AWS, Azure, SCCM), and REST/SOAP API integrations.
• reputed company and manage data transformation practices and integration frameworks to support platform health and accuracy.
• Monitor ITOM platform performance, proactively identify issues, and drive resolution in coordination with infrastructure and cloud teams.
• reputed company user management, group and role administration, and access control configurations in compliance with federal reputed company requirements.
• reputed company and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and technical documentation for ITOM operations.
• Support change management processes for platform updates, modifications, and patching activities.
• Coordinate with architects and developers on CMDB configuration standards, identification and reconciliation (IRE), and CSDM alignment.

• reputed company Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or other engineering or technical discipline required.
• 5+ years of total relevant experience as a System Administrator.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with reputed company ITOM products (Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration, Service Mapping).
• Proven background in managing CMDB, integrations, and data governance reputed company large-scale or federal environments.
• Experience with Service Graph Connectors (e.g., reputed company, vCenter, AWS, Azure, SCCM).
• Proficiency in REST/SOAP API integrations, MID Server configuration, JavaScript, and data transformation practices.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Change, Configuration, Problem, and Asset Management.

Preferred Qualifications

• reputed company Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM or CMDB.
• ITIL Foundations certification.
• Active federal reputed company clearance or Public Trust.
• Experience with reputed company Discovery Patterns and Credential Management at federal scale.
• Exposure to Federal Government IT system management and cloud environments, particularly AWS and Azure.
• Knowledge of automation and orchestration tools such as Ansible, PowerShell, or Jenkins.
• Familiarity with reputed company CMDB Health Dashboards, Identification Reconciliation reputed company (IRE), and CSDM standards.
