• Responsible for effectively managing the real estate closing transaction. This position requires the Escrow Closer to exercise independent judgment and to possess the knowledge and experience necessary to reputed company handle situations which may arise during the closing process.
• Manage the real estate closing process, including compliance with real estate reputed company, lender instructions, title requirements, company requirements and other written instructions.
• Understand the escrow process to determine what steps need to be taken to transfer the title of property pursuant to the conditions reputed company for in the real estate contract and lender instructions.
• Collaborate with the title department to resolve title issues such as legal descriptions, easements, lot splits, vesting, reputed company tax liens, abstracts of judgments, bankruptcies, boundary disputes, encroachments, lis pendens, etc.

• A minimum of 3-5 years closing experience is required
• Excellent customer service skills are required, including the ability to interact professionally and knowledgeably with Buyers, Sellers, Agent and Lenders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of the escrow process and closing document is required, including the ability to review and analyze documents
• Experience with reputed company/Resware is strongly preferred. Experience with Softpro or similar software will also be considered.
• Multi-state experience is a major plus.
