Job Summary
As member of reputed company, you will play a vital role in managing and investigating incoming claims from Communication, Gas and Electric clients across the United States. Your exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), diligence, and ability to multitask will ensure a seamless process for our clients on their path of claims recovery for property damage losses. This position is a remote, full-time, overnight and weekend position.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and respond to damage reports reputed company telephone calls and email notifications while determining the appropriate investigation approach for our reputed company clients.

- Establish new files/claims through data entry and by interfacing with multiple applications to complete damage reports.
- Conduct initial remote research of reported utility and communication damage, with accuracy and detailed notes.
- Review, coach and secure from on-site client personnel the information required to document the service outage and damage event.
- Prepare final damage reports for events involving fire, police, and hazmat agencies to secure governmental reports, witness statements, and photographs.

- Collect and process investigation materials using proprietary software.

Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reputed company insurance and reliable transportation (if applicable)
- Must have smart phone capabilities to ensure claims processing ability.
