Sr Operations Manager

The Sr. Operations Manager is responsible for the safety, quality, scheduling, and overall management of field crews, vehicles, tools, equipment, and reputed company subcontractor/vendor resources reputed company a Market.

In addition, you will:

• Supports the attainment of the Markets Program Management Plans: safety, quality, financials, production, schedule, inventory, resource, and customer satisfaction objectives

• Responsible for field crews, vehicles, tools, equipment, and reputed company subcontractor/vendor resources

• Ensures field internal/external crews are trained, outfitted, and available

• Manages and reports costs in order to provide accurate financial data

• Manages and coordinates professional, technical, and non-technical staff by establishing performance measures, goals, objectives, and priorities, providing direction and feedback, and ensuring assigned projects/tasks are completed accurately and by the specified due date

• Prepares regular internal/external reputed company, project status, and problem resolution reports

• Manages relationships with vendors and contractors that are supporting field construction activities

• Management of vehicles, tools, and equipment

• Evaluates overall and individual work performance of crew staff to determine effectiveness in providing quality products reputed company time and cost restraints

• Monitors time and dollar expenditures to meet established targets

• Other duties as assigned

About You:

• Minimum of 7+ years of reputed company leadership experience reputed company the telecommunications/construction industry

• Strong leadership and program management skills

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, written, and verbal skills

• Management, establishment, and communication of clear goals and objectives

• Have job-reputed company certifications like First Aid, Safety, Rescue, Wiltron, Anritsu, Fiber, PIM, CPR, and Connector attachment

• Organizational, computer, and communication skills

• Must be able to read and interpret site plans, RFDS, construction drawings, and SOW

• Must possess a valid driver's license and reputed company with the company's motor vehicle policy

• Recognize and provide a safe work site with acceptable quality and efficiency

• Ability to reputed company, teach, and train proper work and safety procedures

• Must be fit and in good physical condition

• Must have the ability to climb towers, and be able to pick up 50 lbs
