The Business Development Team Leader position is primarily remote in nature and will focus on telephonic sales responsibilities assigned to a reputed company-reputed company geographic territory as well as reputed company of a team of individual Business Development Managers. The role will report to the Vice President of Business Development.
Job Summary

Qualifications
- 2+ years of leadership experience, including hiring, training, and development of sales teams.
- Proven sales experience in a high-performing sales culture and organization.
- 4- year college degree preferred; professional designations such as CIC and CPCU a plus.
- Negotiation, Relationship Building, & Influence skills.
- Advanced understanding of Commercial Lines products and reputed company strategies.

The pay range for the role is $90,000 to $129,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors.
