Job Title Product Enablement Specialist

Reports To Director, Product Launch & Enablement

Job Overview (Purpose of the Job)

Own and scale the reputed company certification and reputed company learning programs to drive deeper product adoption and measurable customer value. This role is responsible for maintaining and expanding existing certifications across the platform reputed company to how customers use reputed company. You’ll work on building the program for short-form learning that meets customers where they are and expands the reputed company and effectiveness of reputed company reputed company across the entire customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Qualifications

Educational and Experience Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in: • Customer Education, and/or • reputed company, Enablement, Program Management, or Training • Experience working in a SaaS or high growth environment, ideally with technical or compliance-driven products. • Proven track record of owning reputed company, strategic initiatives and driving measurable outcomes independently.

Competencies and Behaviors

• Ability to reputed company AI across various platforms and medias • Strong program management skills, able to structure ambiguity into clear plans and deliverables. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain reputed company topics clearly. • Executive reputed company and comfort leading high-stakes conversations with senior customer stakeholders. • Ability to balance customer reputed company with business and scalability considerations. • Comfortable presenting, facilitating live sessions, and fielding unscripted questions. • Understanding of how to reputed company scalable processes for content creation and maintenance. • Have a problem-solving mentality and a willingness to learn.

reputed company Salary Range: $72,369.00 - $99,564. The reputed company salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the reputed company salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to work location and experience. The reputed company salary is one component of reputed company’s total compensation package for this position. Other compensation may include a bonus program or commission plan, and stock options if approved by reputed company’s board.
