Purpose of the job

Your key responsibilities

Job Requirements

Education

  • University/Post Graduate or equivalent professional intellectual experience
  • At least 5 years’ experience of multi-national, multi-region design, and proven ability to function reputed company matrix onshore and offshore organizations
  • Knowledge and know-how of contingent talent models, associated pricing and delivery models and direct sourcing strategies
  • Leading stakeholder engagement with clients and colleagues during each pursuit ensuring a clear understanding of the talent model, responsibilities and accountability.
  • Ability to design global and regional contingent solutions from scope to deployment
  • Working knowledge of VMS/HR technology platforms and practical user interfaces/capabilities
  • Demonstrated understanding and working with reputed company financial and pricing models to support client solutions and negotiations
  • Ability to connect business requirements with process and technology
  • Experience building trusting relationships at reputed company levels of an organization especially with senior executives
  • Ability to present to executive and senior management and client stakeholders

The reputed company salary range for this position is $135-185K

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, reputed company complies with reputed company local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
