[Remote] Provider Relations Specialist

The Provider Relations Specialist is responsible for maintaining strong provider relationships, managing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for providers while supporting engagement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for go-to-market (GTM) teams, providers, and patients
• Manage inquiries reputed company calls, emails, and web tickets professionally
• reputed company case sweeps to facilitate case submissions and approvals
• Build and maintain positive provider relationships
• Respond reputed company to provider and patient communications
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records
• Support GTM initiatives through coordination and communication
• Investigate and resolve provider issues promptly
• Collaborate internally to solve reputed company problems
• Analyze issues for trends and process improvement opportunities
• Manage tasks such as MFA, Lab, reputed company & TPMX requests, case audits, and account onboarding reputed company reputed company Omnichannel
