You understand how software is actually built. You've worked closely enough with Rails codebases to speak the language of your engineers, and you know how to use AI tools not as a curiosity but as a real lever for speed and quality. You don't need a prestigious resume — but you do need to be a sharp thinker, a clear communicator, and someone who holds the bar high. Basic requirements:
