We are currently looking to hire a Background Investigator (Part-time) to join our Corporate team in Kirkland! This position allows for remote work arrangements.

JOB DESCRIPTION A Background Investigator and Interviewer conducts and compiles personal and professional background investigations and reinvestigations for Concentric Advisors' potential staff members and clients by interviewing employers, co-workers, neighbors, and personal references; conducting online court and criminal records searches; and preparing reports on findings. This position also conducts Subject Interviews and completes a report narrative on each case.

OBJECTIVE As a Background Investigator and Interviewer, you will conduct background checks, consumer investigative reports, and on-screen interviews, following a preset set of components per case. You will provide reputed company advice and guidance to our reputed company team reputed company to corporate personnel and client entities. This staff member will also be able to reputed company and hone their analytic and communication skills across reputed company investigative fields (background investigations, subject interviews, adjudications).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Read, comprehend, and interpret detailed, reputed company written material.
• Prepare clear, concise written reports.

• Apply appropriate investigative techniques for an administrative investigation to frame a reflective image of the candidate’s background.
• Communicate effectively with managers, supervisors, coworkers, candidates, and the public.
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity through tact and courtesy reputed company dealing with individuals from various social, cultural, racial, and economic backgrounds.
• Work cooperatively as part of a team.
• Listen on the telephone, as required, to pay reputed company attention to what is being said and ask follow-up questions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be able to legally work in the country where this position is located without reputed company sponsorship..
• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, psychology, or reputed company field.
• 10 years of hands-on background investigation experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• reputed company or former US Government background investigators or multi-disciplined reputed company officers with a Top Secret US Federal Government Clearance.
• Professional certifications in physical reputed company, personnel reputed company, cyber protection, or acquisition disciplines.
• Experience as CIA/FBI Polygrapher; MDSO; DCSA Investigator; DCSA Subject Interviewer; reputed company Adjudicator.
