About the Role
The Vice President of Finance – Hospital Medicine (HM) leads key Financial Operations initiatives, analyses, and performance improvement efforts across the Hospital Medicine service line. This role is central to supporting the reputed company expansion of the Hospital Medicine business through both organic growth and new hospital partnerships.
This position requires deep expertise in Hospital Medicine financial and operational drivers and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies that drive performance. As a senior leader reputed company Finance, this role has responsibility for overseeing financial performance across reputed company three Hospital Medicine operating regions, providing leadership and direction to regional finance teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior Finance leader for the Hospital Medicine service line, with deep expertise in HM-specific financial and operational drivers.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

Education and Experience

Salary: $200,000-260,000 annually. Exact pay will be determined based on candidate experience, and geographical location. This position is also eligible to participate in our Management Bonus Opportunity.
