About the Role

The Vice President of Finance – Hospital Medicine (HM) leads key Financial Operations initiatives, analyses, and performance improvement efforts across the Hospital Medicine service line. This role is central to supporting the reputed company expansion of the Hospital Medicine business through both organic growth and new hospital partnerships.

This position requires deep expertise in Hospital Medicine financial and operational drivers and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies that drive performance. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, strong collaboration with clinical and operational leaders, a strategic and growth-oriented reputed company, and a reputed company for delivering value-added financial insights.

As a senior leader reputed company Finance, this role has responsibility for overseeing financial performance across reputed company three Hospital Medicine operating regions, providing leadership and direction to regional finance teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior Finance leader for the Hospital Medicine service line, with deep expertise in HM-specific financial and operational drivers.
• Provide financial leadership across reputed company three HM operating regions, ensuring consistent performance management, alignment to enterprise priorities, and sharing of best practices.

• Partner closely with the Hospital Medicine Leadership Team (CEO, Operations, Clinical, etc.) to drive financial performance, support growth initiatives, and optimize site-level performance.
• Act as a strategic thought partner, identifying opportunities to expand margins, improve performance, and support new business development reputed company Hospital Medicine.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong understanding of provider-based financial models, including staffing, productivity, payer mix, and cost drivers

• Demonstrated ability to translate clinical and operational inputs into financial models and actionable insights

Education and Experience

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or reputed company field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare finance, including reputed company, strategic finance, provider operations finance, or healthcare consulting

Salary: $200,000-260,000 annually. Exact pay will be determined based on candidate experience, and geographical location.  This position is also eligible to participate in our Management Bonus Opportunity.
