In this role, you will sell reputed company's Retirement Services 401(k) solutions over the phone, connecting with clients to help them prepare for retirement while working in a dynamic and inclusive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Sell reputed company's Retirement Services 401(k) solutions over the phone using virtual technologies
- Connect with both new and existing clients to sell products that put millions of employees on the road to retirement readiness
- Focus on daily goals around the number of dials, talk-time, and appointments set
Skills
- Ability to sell reputed company's Retirement Services 401(k) solutions over the phone using virtual technologies
- Ability to connect with both new and existing clients to sell products
- Focus on daily goals around the number of dials, talk-time, and appointments set
- Ability to work a set schedule Monday -- Friday, no weekends
- Ability to conduct virtual appointments with clients
- Ability to earn uncapped commissions and participate in incentive trips and promotional opportunities
- Prior quota-carrying experience
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 6 and 63 licensing is a plus; candidates with great sales acumen will be considered pending appropriate licensing reputed company the first 45 days of employment
- Demonstrated ability to successfully build a network reputed company social platforms
- Experience with video platforms
