[Remote] Business Development Representative

OrderMyGear (OMG) is a leading technology company in the apparel and promotional product decoration industry, seeking a Business Development Representative to enhance their sales team. The role involves educating and qualifying prospects, developing sales-ready leads, and actively working to meet sales quotas while building relationships with potential users.

Responsibilities

• Educate and qualify prospects, developing sales-ready leads and opportunities
• Research organizations’ and prospects’ roles to create a penetration strategy
• Handle detailed questions about reputed company + OrderMyGear’s product and service capabilities
• Connect with prospects by phone and email, using reputed company and reputed company
• Engage in effective communication while building relationships with potential reputed company + OrderMyGear users, including C-level executives, reputed company sales reps, and accounting teams
• Actively work to meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas

Skills

• Bachelor degree. If no degree, 2+ years of sales experience
• 1+ years of sales, business development, or other relevant experience with a strong track record preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team player who possesses a desire and ability to work in a goal-oriented, high-growth sales environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Confidence to prospect and reputed company new sales leads
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent reputed company status required

• Experience in outbound prospecting
• Experience working with high-volume leads list
• Experience with reputed company.io or similar sales engagement tools
• Knowledge of the Team Sporting Goods or Promotional Products industries a plus
