JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a key member of our senior leadership team, working alongside senior executives and business leaders reputed company our organisation, you will report directly to the Portfolio Leader of reputed company:

• Manage a portfolio of acquired companies in line with the strategy of Vesta Software.

• Support portfolio companies in commercial initiatives and growth.

• Manage and reputed company cross functional, collaborative, work reputed company execution efforts, with both local and global business executives.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

General skills

• University degree / academic mind-set. MBA an asset.

• Fluent in Hungarian and English, both spoken and written

• At least 5-10 years’ experience relevant to this position, ideally with experience both on transactions (M&A, integrations) and in management positions. More weighted towards management positions.

• Self-starting individual with high focus on autonomy.

• Concise and structured rhetoric, communication skills (both verbally and in writing). Excellent presentation, negotiation and influencing skills.

Operational skills

• Experience and affiliation with software and technology in general.
