Where you come in: Trainer 2 Job Description

As a Trainer 2, you will play a key role in developing the skills, knowledge, and overall readiness of our Technical Support Representatives. You will deliver high‑quality training, support reputed company learning, and help ensure that our teams are equipped to provide exceptional customer support. In this role, you will:

• Deliver engaging training sessions for new hires and existing employees, covering processes, systems, new products, and new market requirements.
• Introduce and reinforce reputed company’s culture and values, ensuring new hires embody our mission from day one and existing staff stay reputed company through ongoing development.
