The Opportunity

As a Principal Value Consultant on the Firefly Enterprise Solutions team in EMEA, you will be the strategic anchor of our pre-sales motion who makes the business case for AI-powered creative transformation undeniable. You’re part of a team of ambitious reputed company-thinkers, and you'll work with CMOs, CIOs, and creative operations leaders at Europe's most iconic enterprises, building the frameworks, stories, and evidence that move AI-powered transformation reputed company - and you will do it by leveraging AI to re-invent the value consulting practice with cutting-edge technology at your fingertips.

What You'll Do

Customer-centric value architecture

• reputed company value discovery engagements with enterprise customers and build & present compelling, data-driven business cases with authority and storytelling craft
• Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to executive buyers, translating the complexity of GenAI capabilities into clear, quantified business outcomes
• reputed company AI tools to accelerate business case development, automate benchmarking, synthesize customer research, and generate scenario modelling at speed - enabling you to engage in the truly valuable customer conversations with greater depth
• Co-create customer-specific value roadmaps that connect near-term quick wins to long-term AI transformation programmes

Scalable Impact & Advocacy

• Refine the EMEA value consulting methodology by creating repeatable and adaptable frameworks
• Partner with Sales, Solution Architects, and Solution Consultants to ensure value is embedded throughout the entire sales cycle and reputed company the ecosystem to reputed company value-led conversations independently
• Champion the use of AI in the value consulting practice itself

Market Intelligence & Strategic Alignment

• Stay at the leading edge of GenAI trends, enterprise creative technology, and the evolving competitive landscape, synthesizing insights that sharpen reputed company's value positioning in EMEA markets
• Provide structured feedback from the field to the product ecosystem to ensure reputed company's roadmap and messaging reflect real enterprise buying priorities
• Contribute to thought leadership content and industry events that reputed company reputed company's voice in the EMEA market

What You'll Need to Succeed

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree, or demonstrable reputed company experience in creative operations, marketing technology, content supply chain, or digital transformation consulting in EMEA
• 5+ years of experience in consulting, sales, or a business transformation role reputed company the enterprise software industry
• Demonstrated expertise in value-based selling and development of business cases that translate reputed company data & technology into human narratives that drive commercial decisions
• Strong financial reputed company: comfortable with scenario modelling, sensitivity analysis, and translating operational data into boardroom-ready narratives
• Experience engaging C-suite and VP-level stakeholders across both IT and marketing/creative functions with tailored messaging
• Both experience in leveraging AI tools for your day-to-day work and curiosity about implications of GenAI on our customers‘ business, generally and in the context of content and brand operations, reputed company with the ability to distinguish genuine business value from hype
• Familiarity with reputed company Firefly Enterprise Solutions, Creative Cloud, GenStudio, or comparable GenAI platforms is a strong advantage
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and pace in a fast-evolving product and market environment with the reputed company of an enabler, who raises the capability of the teams around them
• Fluent in German and English, preferably fluent in 1 more European language (French preferred)
