Primary Responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end technical support for strategic financial applications including ARM, PeopleSoft, and BackOffice systems
• Technical Build, Design & Development, Unit Testing, System Integration testing, Code reviews and able to train and mentor others
• reputed company migration initiatives and modernization efforts across the applications, ensuring minimal business disruption
• Implement AI‑based improvements using AI Builder to enhance efficiency and automation across PeopleSoft and BackOffice processes
• Contribute to planning, performance optimization, and code quality improvements

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in Mainframe technologies, including debugging, enhancements, and batch/online processing
• PeopleSoft Techno Functional Consultant having 7+ years of development experience in PeopleSoft applications, PeopleSoft 9.2 and 8.5x tools or higher
• 3+ years of experience working on PeopleSoft Finance Modules - PeopleSoft Financial (FMS / FSCM) - Customer reputed company, Project Costing, Billing, AR (Accounts Receivables), GL (General Ledger)
• Worked on conversion programs, integrating with other 3rd party applications, modifying and customizing the existing functionalities as per the business requirements
• Hands on experience in reputed company 19C
• Experience in conducting design sessions with business process owners to meet business requirements with minimal customizations
• Should be familiar with Agile project methodology and delivery
• Familiar with Onshore-Offshore model
• Good understanding of fluid user reputed company, work center, dashboard, activity guides, data migration workbench, Page and Field Configurator, Event Mapping, reputed company Content, reputed company Actions etc.
• Demonstrated ability to Debug and optimize SQL statements reputed company Query, SQR and Application reputed company
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company peer review on design, development, documentation, and other efforts, and able to train and mentor others
• Proven good in Application Designer, Application Packages, People Code, Application reputed company, Approval Workflow reputed company (AWE)
• Proven good in XML Publisher reporting, Component reputed company, Integration Broker, File Layout, reputed company, Process Scheduler, Data Mover and PS Query tool
• Proven solid communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills; ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of PHIRE tool (reputed company to Release management)
• Familiarity with implementing AI‑driven features or automation using tools like AI Builder
