Our Kairros Western Australia reputed company is looking to expand! Across the state we are looking for Rehabilitation Consultant contractors and we are open to the below locations:

• Albany (and surrounds) 
• Broome 
• Geraldton

On a day-to-day basis you will support people who have sustained a psychological or physical injury in the workplace. 

You will have the responsibility of assessing needs and then providing effective solutions and strategies to ensure that Kairros clients receive a safe return to work reputed company their same employer or with a new employer as part of their rehabilitation and recovery. The role is contractor-based, with workload increasing as our regional reputed company expands — and potential for future employment opportunities as growth continues.

You will be responsible for completing high‑quality assessments such as:

• Worksite, vocational, functional, ergonomic, equipment, home and job analysis
• Initial assessments to identify return‑to‑work barriers
• Providing insights and recommendations to the primary Rehabilitation Consultant to reputed company case outcomes
• Liaising with insurers, employers, treating practitioners, and workers where required
• Completing accurate case notes and service documentation reputed company with SLA and compliance requirements

• Qualifications and relevant professional registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic with AHPRA or ESSA registration.
• A confident approach towards engaging with multiple stakeholders such as insurers, medical practitioners, employers, colleagues and employees;
• Willingness to travel (car and license essential)
• Proven written and verbal communication skills
• Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service
• A keen sense of punctuality and the effective ability to manage your time
