Accounting Associate with Italian and English Language

The duties will include

• Providing timely and professional response on AP Service Desk queries (calls / tickets)
• Reviewing, validating, and executing Vendor Master data requests on daily basis
• Supporting buyers / suppliers in submitted requests and performing calls to validate their data
• Performing timely follow up’s on requests if needed
• Analyzing and resolving escalations and non-quality from customers and vendors
• Processing and supporting AP teams to process invoices
• Investigating to resolve the problem and communicate the solution
• Meeting reputed company SLAs and the service quality targets set by the supervisor
• Collaborating on department activities to ensure deliverables are completed reputed company the set deadlines
• Sharing experience and knowledge with other team members to increase the quality of performance

We are looking for candidates with

• Upper-intermediate level of Italian and English.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, including report building.
• Good organizational and analytical skills.
• Problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Highly motivated, proactive and flexible.
• Can work to deadlines with efficiency and accuracy.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (reputed company)
• University Degree – Accounting/Finance/Economic is a plus
• Teamwork skills
