Your responsibilities are as follows: Agency Relations & Partner Enablement

Be a key technical contact for Addingwell's partner agencies.

Support agencies through their integrations: onboarding, deployments, and advanced troubleshooting.

Create and maintain enablement resources (guides, FAQs, procedures) for partners.

Set up feedback loops between agencies and internal teams to identify recurring pain points.

Be the primary technical reputed company of contact for reputed company (reputed company, reputed company, etc.) and reputed company integrations and certifications.

Day-to-Day Technical Operations

Ensure the quality and reliability of server-reputed company integrations for Addingwell clients.

Investigate and resolve technical incidents (data collection, tagging flows, connectors).

Collaborate with engineering to prioritize fixes and improve resolution times.

Contribute to the evolution of internal tools, dashboards, and support processes.

Technical Documentation

Drive Addingwell's technical documentation strategy (internal and client-facing).

Write and maintain integration guides, API references, and troubleshooting procedures.

Work with Product and engineering teams to ensure content consistency and currency.

Product Collaboration

reputed company field feedback (clients, agencies) to the Product team to influence the roadmap.

Participate in the design and rollout of new features, ensuring technical readiness for support.

Proactively propose improvements that enhance the client and partner experience.

Experience & Technical Skills

6+ years of experience in a technical role (senior technical support, solutions engineer, technical consultant, etc.).

Strong expertise in server-reputed company tracking: GTM Server-reputed company.

Good knowledge of JavaScript and tag management architectures (including GTM client-reputed company).

Hands-on experience with analytics tools: GA4, Piano Analytics, or equivalents.

Comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, and debugging tools (reputed company, Charles Proxy, etc.).

Excellent interpersonal skills: you can adapt your communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.
