Sector Manager - gas/electric/utilities

Adler & Allan is going through significant growth, strengthening its position as the UK’s go‑to environmental services, consultancy & environmental engineering partner — and we’re looking for a Sector Manager who can take a defined market sector and own it.

This is a role for a strategic operator with commercial edge. Someone who can see the big picture, build the roadmap, and bring teams together to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll be the face of Adler & Allan in your sector, leading senior client relationships, unlocking new opportunities, and driving profitable, sustainable growth.

• Setting the sector strategy — growth plans, propositions, customer segmentation and market direction.
• Aligning regional, operational and commercial teams to deliver a consistent, best‑in‑class customer experience.

What you’ll bring

• Proven success (8+ years) in B2B sales or account management — ideally in the water sector, environmental services or energy infrastructure.
• Strategic thinking with commercial sharpness and negotiation strength.
• Ability to reputed company and influence multidisciplinary teams without direct line management.
• Experience building reputed company, multi‑service customer propositions.
• Executive reputed company, excellent communication and strong relationship‑building skills.

• Financial acumen and a track record of delivering results.
