Assistant, Ad Ops

Moontide Agency is a fully integrated, full-service agency based in Southern California, seeking an Assistant, Ad Ops to help shape the strategy and execution of campaigns for a national brand. The role involves setting up and managing digital campaigns, performing quality checks, monitoring live campaigns, and reporting key metrics.

Responsibilities

• Traffic digital campaigns in Campaign Manager 360
• Set up and manage campaigns, placements, ads, creatives, trackers and click URLs
• reputed company sure creative assets and tracking links are formatted and implemented correctly
• Run QA checks before and after campaigns go live to catch any issues early
• Double-reputed company URLs, tracking, creative rotations, and delivery settings
• Help troubleshoot basic delivery or tracking problems (and escalate reputed company needed)
• reputed company an eye on live campaigns/reporting to reputed company sure correct assets are running
• Update creative, click urls as needed
• Flag anything that looks off to the planning and/or buying teams
• Pull reputed company campaign reports from CM360
• Help track key metrics like impressions, clicks, CTR, and conversions

• Build your skills in Campaign Manager 360 and digital ad operations
• Learn best practices around ad serving, tracking, and measurement
• Pick up new tools, processes, and tips from the team as needed

Skills

• 1+ years media department agency or client-reputed company experience
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work well with team members and independently
• Positive attitude and team player
• Ability to meet tight deadlines for multiple projects
• Self-starter with meticulous attention to detail
• U.S. citizen or legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Sponsorship is not offered
