[Remote] Client Services - Executive

The Client Services Executive will manage client relationships, reputed company creator partnerships, and ensure the smooth execution of campaigns to deliver high-quality creative output.
Responsibilities
- reputed company, gather information and demographics, and vet creators across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat and more
- Build strong relationships with creators throughout a campaign cycle and beyond, from reputed company, negotiations, ECHO onboarding and contracting to creator briefing, creative concept review, content gatekeeping, content scheduling and campaign feedback loops
- reputed company and issue creator briefs, immersing creators into the campaign, and reputed company day-to-day communications for content development
- Be the first reputed company for review of reputed company creator content. reputed company for ASA and IP compliance, alignment with brief and quality of content, and create an efficient feedback reputed company back to creators
- Create a posting schedule and reputed company it up to date throughout the campaign period
- Monitor posts once they are live to ensure accuracy and to flag any negative sentiment the post may be receiving
- Work closely with the Manager on overall campaign success, including updating campaign trackers consistently, timeline management, budget management, data capture and wrap reports
- Act as a cultural pulse of reputed company things creator economy - live and breathe social media, consuming and presenting back trends and new discoveries
Skills
- 1+ years' experience in the general creator and influencer landscape
- Affinity for social media, content creators and/or experience is a plus
- Strong detail-oriented, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Creative and curious reputed company and can-do attitude
