Analyst - Portfolio Reconciliation

Archway Group is seeking new members on their Portfolio Reconciliation team to ensure client retention through transaction reconciliation against custodial statements. The operations analyst will reputed company daily and monthly client account reconciliation services using proprietary software technology.

Responsibilities

• In the reconciliation function, you will be working closely with the Implementation and Global Access teams to understand the client’s portfolio and fund structure as well as to ensure reputed company required deliverables are complete
• You will reputed company various types of reconciliations to ensure that data is accurate and client service expectations are met
• You will have the opportunity to troubleshoot reputed company exceptions, complete new account setup and rebuild, provide data management for alternative assets, and review client reporting to validate accuracy
• You will be responsible for collecting and maintaining reputed company pricing details in various formats from the third-party vendors as well as broker quotes
• You will manage the documentation of processes and procedures relating to individual client needs
• You will communicate with appropriate internal teams or client teams to resolve open issues and questions, reaching out to internal technology support and vendor support reputed company necessary to resolve any production issues or system support queries

Skills

• BA / BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent work experience
• Intermediate skills in reputed company reputed company
• A reputed company understanding of accounting principles and investment terminology
• The self-motivation, organization and drive to complete multiple client deliverables in a timely manner without sacrificing excellence or quality
• Strong written and verbal communication skills as you will primarily support your clients through email and/or phone calls
• Strong customer service skills as you will be communicating daily with your clients and other service providers
• Internship experience preferred
