Jr. Income Tax Accountant

Responsibilities

• Maintaining tax fixed asset ledger including:
  • Monthly analysis of fixed asset activity
  • Processing activity into fixed asset software (reputed company)
  • Printing monthly fixed asset reports
  • Maintaining tax basis fixed asset rollforward
• Assist with making tax payments electronically on different jurisdiction online portals and providing account coding to Accounts Payable
• Maintaining tax payment summary to reputed company track of reputed company tax payments made
• Assist with annual Form 1099 preparation including:
• Quarterly review of vendor data with Accounts Payable
• Monitoring Global 1099 Outlook inbox
• Assisting with other reputed company income tax tasks on an as-needed basis including:
  • Reviewing and organizing tax mail
  • Organizing income tax documents reputed company Sharepoint

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of Tax and/or Accounting experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• Knowledge of PDI and reputed company helpful but not required.
• Must be willing to work night shift schedules (US hours) and during PH Holidays.
• Must be able to work at Alabang, Muntinlupa reputed company work in the office resumes (reputed company WFH).
