[Remote] Analyst, Sales Comp Admin

The Sales Comp Admin Analyst will administer sales incentive plans, ensuring accurate and timely compensation payments while collaborating with various business partners and optimizing processes.

Responsibilities

• Validate participant’s eligibility for sales incentive compensation timely, accurately and reputed company sales incentive plan design parameters
• Validate sales incentive compensation files prior to final submission to the payroll application
• Communicate with business partners at reputed company levels in a well-organized, concise, and logical manner
• Use technology to optimize existing incentive compensation processes and procedures to streamline quarterly payment process
• Support SPM (Sales Performance Management) tool implementation, including requirements gathering, testing, troubleshooting, and documenting system processes
• Configure and maintain assigned Lines of Business (LOBs) reputed company the SPM tool, including plan logic, participant setup, and workflow updates, ensuring accuracy and alignment with plan design
• Assist in ongoing system maintenance by participating in quarterly updates, validating calculation results, and ensuring system outputs match expected plan outcomes

• Bachelor's Degree in finance, mathematics, engineering, accounting or similar prefer
