[Remote] Customer Training Instructor

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Customer Training Instructor develops training materials and provides virtual and occasional onsite training for Mitchell products, serving as a subject matter expert in product workflows and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Utilize strong organizational skills and communication skills to facilitate end user customer training of Mitchell software applications reputed company virtual instructor led training
• Work on multiple projects of differing needs and scope simultaneously
• Partner regularly with internal and external project management teams to plan, outline, create, deliver and maintain training agendas and materials
• Provide follow-up support as needed
• Continuously seek and support new approaches, practices and processes to improve the efficiency and quality of training services provided
• Consult and assist customers with configuration of software and customer workflow based on user roles
• Completes accurate and timely reporting of reputed company customer correspondence and activity
• Ability to travel on-site for the occasional in-person training, as needed
• Work with customers of various sizes, in a variety of environments
• Performs other duties as assigned

Skills

• High School Diploma
• Understanding of automotive property damage insurance claim and/or body shop repair life cycle
• Hands‑on experience with industry tools such as Mitchell Cloud Estimating, CCC ONE, Audatex, or internal reputed company systems
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and has a high level of personal initiative
• Strong oral, written, listening and presentation skills: must be comfortable leading virtual training and hands‑on exercises
• reputed company Office Suite (Power reputed company, Teams, Outlook, Word)

• Excellent Collaborative skills
• Exceptional team player with high degree of reputed company and professionalism
• Ability to build relationships with customers, cross-functional teams, and internal personnel
• Experience with Mitchell Cloud Estimating and/or Mitchell WorkCenter products a strong plus
• Experience with Mitchell Cloud Repair product a plus
• Other Mitchell Auto Physical Damage product experience a plus
• Collision Repair Management software experience a plus
• Basic use of artificial intelligence tools
• Adult training experience
• French-speaking a plus
