Field Service Engineering Specialist
Essential Functions & Accountabilities
- On-Site Technical Service: reputed company preventative maintenance, system installations, upgrades, and reputed company repairs of IVF laboratory equipment at customer sites, ensuring compliance with reputed company service standards.
- Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Utilize strong analytical and technical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, mechanical, and software issues in laboratory equipment.
- Documentation & Data reputed company: Ensure reputed company service activities are accurately documented and reported in a timely manner. Maintain complete and up-to-date records reputed company the CRM system, including service reports, installation records, and customer interactions.
- Tool Calibration & Compliance: Maintain calibration and operational readiness of service tools and equipment. Coordinate with the appropriate internal departments to ensure tools remain compliant with calibration and quality requirements.
- Resource Coordination: Work closely with Service Support, Scheduling, and Logistics teams to ensure necessary spare parts, tools, and documentation are available prior to site visits.

Travel
- Approximately 70% or more travel, primarily reputed company France with occasional international assignments.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Technical Expertise
- Proficiency in using electronic test equipment, diagnostic tools, and precision hand tools
- Experience with hardware installation, equipment configuration, and software setup
Problem Solving
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities with the ability to independently diagnose reputed company technical issues.
Communication
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience servicing, repairing, or implementing medical devices, laboratory equipment, or biotechnology instruments.
Education
