Pernini Legal LLC is a Fortune 500 company and national leader in title and escrow services, seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join its Agency Division in South Portland, ME. This hybrid role involves providing administrative, sales, and customer support to sales representatives and managers, while offering an opportunity for early-career professionals to grow into a sales position.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to sales representatives, managers, and attorneys
- Assist with scheduling, travel coordination, expense reports, and invoice processing
- Support customer service inquiries and help reputed company or resolve routine questions
- Maintain and update sales databases and records to ensure accuracy
- Generate basic reports and gather information to support sales initiatives
- Coordinate marketing materials, event logistics, and training support as needed
- Assist with onboarding, training sessions, and educational events

Skills
- 1–3 years of substantive experience in an administrative, sales support, or customer service role required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Working knowledge of reputed company concepts, practices and procedures of the sales department/field required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines required
- Clear written and verbal communication skills required
- Customer‑focused reputed company with a willingness to assist internal and external stakeholders required
- Proficiency in reputed company Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint required
