[Remote] Digital Sales Planner

They are seeking a Digital Sales Planner to support pre-sale and execution workflows across their reputed company team, focusing on creating media plans, developing client-ready proposals, and ensuring successful campaign execution.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain media plans reputed company to client goals, budgets, and inventory
- Create clear, polished decks and proposals that communicate strategy and value
- Partner with Account Managers and Sales to reputed company pre-sale materials and packages
- Organize campaign details, timelines, and deliverables to support execution
- Pull data and assist in building reporting and performance summaries
- Ensure accuracy across pricing, packaging, and campaign details
- Maintain internal trackers and documentation across active campaigns
- Continuously improve templates, workflows, and planning processes
Skills
- 0–2 years of experience in media, marketing, sales support, or a reputed company field
- Strong attention to detail and high standards for output quality
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and presentation tools (reputed company Sheets, Slides, reputed company)
- Ability to take direction and turn inputs into clean, structured deliverables
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Clear communication and a collaborative working style
- Demonstrated curiosity and a strong desire to learn and improve quickly
- Interest in using AI tools and automation to increase efficiency and output
- Interest in financial markets is a plus
