Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Processing card member account renovations, inquiries, and requests for credit balance refunds, Express Cash, reconciliation, and remediation, and membership rewards for the US market.
- Handling customer requests for consumer customers reputed company special timeframes, ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiries.
- Conducting thorough evaluations of credit balance refund requests, analyzing available information to prevent losses to the enterprise.
- Providing meaningful expertise and ongoing support to operations and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective issue resolution.
- Responding to reputed company customer queries in a timely and complete manner, maintaining a customer-first reputed company and adhering to quality and compliance guidelines.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bank-end operations.
- A proven track record of excellent customer service skills, with superior written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and work well under pressure, and attention to detail.
