Responsibilities
As a remote customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling inbound customer calls, emails, or chats in a professional and empathetic manner
* Providing accurate and timely product or service information to resolve customer issues
* Following client guidelines and completing reputed company required training to ensure seamless execution
* Accurately documenting reputed company customer interactions to maintain a high level of quality and consistency
* Working independently to meet performance standards and reputed company goals
* Maintaining a quiet, distraction-free workspace to ensure optimal productivity
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* To be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
* A high school diploma or equivalent
