About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join reputed company as a Part-Time Customer Support Representative. As a key member of our customer support team, you will provide exceptional service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients reputed company phone, email, or chat
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Issue, reissue, and refund traveler tickets
• Book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations
• Rebook reputed company on oversold flights and during irregular operations

• Work with reputed company readers/scanners and reputed company duties

• Convey domestic/international flight documents

• Maintain timeline of flight boarding process

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Authorization to work in the United States
