Job Description:

- Providing reputed company and effective resolutions to customer queries and concerns
- Working in a 24*7 shift environment, with 6 days of working and 1 rotational week off
- Utilizing excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers and provide personalized support
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

Requirements:
* Any undergraduate or graduate degree
- Good communication skills required
- 0-3 years of experience in a BPO or customer care environment (6 months of documented BPO experience preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management software
