Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be responsible for delivering superior service to our premium Card Members, providing travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services that exceed their expectations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and providing access to Card Members upon arrival at the Centurion Lounge
- Taking ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring seamless and personalized service
- Creating innovative solutions to resolve customer issues and concerns, driving brand loyalty and enthusiasm
- Employing the Customer First philosophy, meeting customers' needs and expectations with exceptional communication skills
- Providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations, as well as travel consultations and reservation assistance
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Requirements:
To succeed as a Customer Experience Concierge at arenaflex, you'll need:
- Minimum 1-year recent experience servicing premium customers
- Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience preferred, including reservation experience
- Exceptional communication skills and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with flexibility to adapt to changing situations
- Professionalism, positive attitude, and ability to maintain confidentiality
