About the Role
As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to inbound and outbound calls to advise members on benefits and resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Providing education and status updates on previously submitted documents and requests
- Meeting performance goals in efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, reputed company resolution, and attendance
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- 1 year of customer service experience (call center experience a plus)
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Empathetic and good listening skills
