About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our plan members. You'll be responsible for assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions, and resolving concerns reputed company inbound calls. You'll also provide clear and concise information about prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions. Key Responsibilities:
* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions and resolving concerns reputed company inbound calls

Requirements:
* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, or customer service environment
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
- High School Diploma required; Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
- Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $17.00 - $27.90 per hour, depending on experience.
