Job Description
As a Danish-Speaking Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients reputed company phone and email. Your primary goal will be to deliver outstanding support and find personalized solutions to ensure each customer's journey runs smoothly. You will be working with a variety of clients, including those booking reputed company and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering outstanding customer service reputed company phone and email
- Providing accurate information about bookings, rebookings, and cancellations for reputed company and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more
- Finding personalized solutions to ensure each customer's journey runs smoothly
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
* Fluent in Danish (written and spoken)
- Good command of English
- Flexible and dynamic with a passion for customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
