Job Overview
As a Data Entry Clerk - Client Management Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for establishing and updating client accounts with precision and efficiency. You will maintain accurate and up-to-date client profile data, facilitate online bidder approvals, and manage client information. You will also generate comprehensive reports, handle shipping instruction requests, manage mailing list entries, process bidder/show cards, verify sales tax information, and address client survey feedback. In addition, you will undertake additional responsibilities as necessary to support team objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Establish and update client accounts with precision and efficiency
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client profile data
- Facilitate online bidder approvals and manage client information
- Generate comprehensive reports and handle shipping instruction requests
- Manage mailing list entries and process bidder/show cards
- Verify sales tax information and address client survey feedback
- Undertake additional responsibilities as necessary to support team objectives
Required Skills
* Proficiency in reputed company Office applications, particularly Word and reputed company
- Exceptional attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to learning and growth
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is an advantage
Qualifications
* High school diploma required
- At least 2 years of experience in data entry or a reputed company field
