The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our patients, setting the tone for a positive experience. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, using our resources and standard work to resolve patient inquiries and concerns. Your key to success will be attendance and a positive reception to feedback.
Primary Responsibilities
• Answer inbound calls from patients in a call center environment, handling a high volume of incoming calls (up to 80-100 per day)
- Respond to patient requests for appointments, new patients, insurance questions, and other inquiries
- Transfer calls to triage or refill, or send messages through patient charts to on-site clinical staff

Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1 year of experience in a reputed company environment (office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as primary job tools
- Experience with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications
- Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during normal business hours (7:00 am - 7:00 pm PST) and occasional overtime

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly range for this role is $16.00 to $28.85 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors, including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. arenaflex complies with reputed company minimum wage laws as applicable.
