Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company Insurance Customer Service Representative to join reputed company of high-performing professionals. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, managing schedules and appointments, and assisting with agency CRM systems. Responsibilities

As an Insurance Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating and managing schedules, appointment setting, agency meetings, reminders, and more for the agency reputed company and our producers as needed
• Handling certain inbound calls from reputed company clients or prospects with care as instructed
• Assisting with agency CRM systems on a day-to-day basis
• Performing minor accounting duties
• Helping reputed company new customers by educating them on how to sign their documents, fill out a 5-star reputed company review, and cancel their reputed company policy with their reputed company company
• Documenting processes, scripts, and procedures for the agency, such as reputed company-by-reputed company onboarding task lists for new clients
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
• Preparing data as daily reports to the agency reputed company and creating weekly data meeting reports for the agency
• Engaging occasionally in marketing campaigns such as filling out mail for birthdays, thank you cards, quotes, and new prospecting mailers
• Assisting in special projects, research, and presentations as needed by the executive team
• Working independently and at a high level without much supervision
• Obtaining a property and casualty license to help manage reputed company customers as needed (arenaflex will pay for your license)

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A proven track record of success in a customer service or similar role
• A Property & Casualty insurance license in Missouri (arenaflex will pay for your license)
• A winning reputed company and a reputed company drive to be #1
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Technical proficiency with modern software tools and CRM systems
• A reliable computer with fast processing capability, at least two monitors, a mouse, and a keyboard
• A strong internet reputed company capable of supporting remote work
• Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with reputed company and professionalism
