Key Responsibilities

As a Lab Dispatcher & Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Documenting changes to orders and coordinating with facilities and technicians to ensure seamless execution
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inbound calls, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinating estimated time of arrival (ETA) with technicians and facilities, and reassigning orders as necessary
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring that reputed company necessary information is communicated effectively to stakeholders

Essential Qualifications
