Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Evening Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
• Assisting customers by answering questions and inquiries about products and services
• Troubleshooting issues and resolving customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner
• Addressing questions reputed company to orders reputed company by customers and providing clear and concise information

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role
